“Trade is but like riba, but Allah has permitted trade and forbidden riba” (2:275)

Riba: the money is increased without an effort

Riba Al-Nasiah: where money is exchanged for money with deferment.

Riba Al-Fadl: where money is exchanged for money hand-to-hand, but in different quantities.

Gharar: “risk” or “uncertainty” ambiguous sales.

Ghubn Fahish: excessive injustice
